Guidelines for linking with us

• The linking should not suggest that The Special Needs Cafe promotes or endorses any third party's causes, ideas, political campaigns, web sites, products or services.
• The materials and websites referenced and/or linked from The Special Needs Cafe web site are provided for information purposes only. We are not responsible or liable for the content, operators, availability, accuracy, quality, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from such sites.
• We will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, products or services available on or through such sites.
• Your Web site should not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive or controversial. No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Links refused

• Links to sites that are difficult to navigate, hard to read or have excessive numbers of broken links.
• Links to "link farms" with no useful content or that feature "bogus" filler articles.
• Links to websites that are primarily "affiliate sites", that is, links to the same business under different names.
• Links to sites that change to something unrelated since the link was first submitted such as changed it purpose, removed content or has deteriorated in quality or value.
• Links to pornographic sites.

We reserve the right to withdraw permission for any link at any time.

Once you have submitted your link we will review your request as quckly as possibly but within 60 days. Once we have accepted your link we will acknowlege it with an email message. Refusals will not be acknowledged. If you don't hear from us within that time you are welcome to resubmit your request.
